WASHINGTON—Today, after President Trump signed an executive order that calls on the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to begin dismantling the Clean Power Plan, Rep. Peter Welch (D-VT) went to the House floor to slam the plan.

“We have expressed our serious concerns to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) about these arrests of several farmworkers and farmworker advocates.
